✨ how real is our social media? Right now I can post up this pic from a few weeks ago in LA looking all happy n chill. When actually I’m going through something in my private life (and no I won’t be talking about it publicly bc it’s my “private” life) that makes me question everything, that makes me want to cry till my eyes hurt, and retreat into a hole. But then I can distract myself from what’s going on by focusing on all the blessings I have in my life all the amazing people the love and even all of you for all of your support. Basically I’m just trying to say that I never want anyone to feel like it’s wrong to feel down or sad or not body positive. Life is full of ups and downs and we have to respect our feelings and let ourselves feel that. My way to get out of it is making a gratitude list, prayer and reminding myself that I’m so so blessed to be alive, healthy, have clean water, family, a home and so many other things we often take for granted that some people don’t have.
